2. Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted via Lovable. [Add provider, registered office, server location and data processing agreement.]

Server log files may be generated when you visit the website. [Review and add details of collected data, recipients and retention period.] They support secure and reliable operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is website security.

3. Enquiry, sample box and waiting list forms

Depending on the form, we process your company name, contact person, email and optional phone number. We also process your enquiry, food service mode, preferred date, carton quantity, varieties, packaging and text colours, message and, where applicable, a logo file. For the sample box, we collect your street address, postcode and town or city.

We also store your language, source page, submitted UTM details, referrer and the time of your consent. We use these details to handle your enquiry and take steps towards entering into a contract. The legal basis for enquiries and sample boxes is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For the waiting list, the legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

The data is held in the Lovable Cloud database. Logo files are stored privately. [Add provider, region, data processing agreement and any transfers to third countries.]

To prevent spam, we use a hidden check field, a timing check and a request limit. For this purpose, your IP address is stored only as a hash. Entries older than 24 hours are cleared on the next submission. [Ensure automatic deletion within 24 hours; have the legal basis and deletion procedure legally reviewed.]

4. Email confirmations

5. Contact by email, phone & WhatsApp

When you contact us, we use your details to handle your enquiry. For contract-related enquiries, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. For other enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies; our interest is in responding to your message.

WhatsApp is a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland. It is only used when you click the WhatsApp link. The provider's privacy notice also applies. [Have provider details, transfers to third countries and usage legally reviewed.]

6. Logo preview

The file used for the live logo preview stays in your browser. It is not transmitted. A logo file is only stored privately if you submit it with the enquiry form.

7. Local fonts

Our fonts are hosted locally. No connection to Google is made for this purpose.

8. Web analytics

9. Cookies & essential storage

10. Your rights

Under Articles 15–21 GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, provided the legal requirements are met.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To do so, email us at info@nutify.de.

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
